What the job involves

  • The Growth Marketing Manager drives Kard’s brand awareness and generates top-of-funnel leads for the sales teams. The role develops, executes, and optimizes multi-channel lead generation campaigns. The Manager also oversees content creation, organizes events, and reports on campaign performance.
  • They implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value accounts. The role involves close collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Developing comprehensive growth marketing strategies and identifying opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention is crucial.
  • The Manager maintains Kard’s core values and promotes a workplace that encourages innovation. Responsibilities include attending meetings and fulfilling additional duties as needed.
