Who you are
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited University preferred in marketing and/or Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in developing and deploying strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Startup and scaleup experience is preferred
3 years or more in growth marketing, demand generation or user acquisition for B2B SaaS companies, preferably in the life sciences sector
Track record of building and optimizing high-performing growth strategies
Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience in analytics tools
Deep understanding of search engine optimization and its best practices
Experience developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies
Experience with marketing automation and other relevant software tools
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
