Who you are

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2C Growth Marketing
  • 2+ years in a similar role for community/events division
  • Hands-on experience running demand generation or lifecycle marketing programs
  • Experience working with databases and data analysis
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops
  • Background in customer acquisition/retention strategies
  • Forecasting and managing budgets with KPI targets
  • Produce reports and derive insights and analysis
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and remote environment
  • Effective multitasking and time management
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making skills
