Who you are
A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing with a proven track record of successfully managing paid channels at multi-million dollar budgets
Experience at a high-growth startup strongly preferred
Experience with multiple channels: Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Direct Mail, Digital Audio, Referral Programs
Highly proficient in data analysis, with strong Excel skills, and a good understanding of analytics tools such as Metabase and Amplitude
SQL proficiency preferred
Extensive experience producing performant creative, managing in-house or external creative teams and agencies, and driving hypotheses and tests
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
Developing and executing new channel experimentation to drive user growth.
Scoping, designing, and evaluating new channel tests including setting KPIs and evaluating vendors.
Analyzing campaign performance data to set goals and forecast future metrics.
Scaling successful channels and leading on strategy and execution.
