Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ growth and/or performance marketing experience; B2B SaaS or agency strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in paid customer acquisition (SEM, Paid Social: TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn), and SEO/organic optimizations.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Hubspot, and website measurement tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs.
- Experience in developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
Day to day
- Develop strategies grounded in integrated multi-channel growth campaigns.
- Lead paid customer acquisition efforts across SEM and Paid Social channels.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with BD, Sales, and Product Marketing.
- Leverage data and customer insights to produce impactful marketing creative.
- Conduct A/B testing of new marketing channels for efficient customer acquisition.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign performance and manage reporting.
