• Minimum of 7 years of B2C marketing experience
• Experience driving growth while managing contribution margin
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing business or related field

What the job involves

• Oversee your product's P&L to determine omni-channel allocation based on optimization incrementality and experiments and overall business goals
• Test new marketing channels end-to-end from tracking and technical integration to optimizing and measuring success
• Partner with a Product Manager to create prioritize execute and evaluate growth experiments to optimize marketing spend & conversion
• Work closely with Product Data Science and Performance marketing leaders to drive success of your product areas
• Lead cross-functional working teams to meet goals
• Drive continuous improvements in messaging creative and channel to increase conversion
