Who you are

  • 3-4+ years hands-on experience with growth team or growth-oriented marketing programs
  • Experience running UA campaigns, with an emphasis on digital platforms - Google (incl. search and YouTube), Offerwalls and Programmatics
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of the entire digital marketing process
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What the job involves

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and paid media plans to drive user acquisition
  • Establish channel/campaign KPIs and ensure programs deliver on targets
  • Identify opportunities to improve or scale performance, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed goals
  • Strategize, test, and evaluate creatives, working with internal and external creative teams
  • Stay aware of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Drive best-practice SEO strategy and execution across channels
  • Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion rates
  • Adjust marketing strategies to improve overall effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage and maintain marketing communication and placements within the ZBD ecosystem
  • Manage and maintain App Store and Google Play presence, including research, updates, optimization, and testing
