Who you are
- 5+ years in digital performance marketing and product growth
- Experience in D2C or B2B Saas is a plus
- Own full acquisition, demand or lead generation funnel
- Experience with top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel
- Own 3rd party relationships and present results to business partners
- Lead marketing campaigns end-to-end and report on growth metrics
- Tech and data-savvy
- Experience in Web Analytics platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proven track record with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Strong project management background
- Experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce
- Curious and always learning
- Exceptional storyteller

- Act as an on-demand CMO for key brands
- Own brand goals and growth metrics
- Lead, plan, and manage growth marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities for testing and optimization
- Execute project plans and achieve marketing objectives
- Communicate progress with the client and internal team
- Manage and collaborate with team members to meet client KPIs
