Who you are

  • Experience in GTM, Sales, Account Management, business development and/or strategy.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Past experience as an Account Manager or MSM is an asset.
  • Ability to take a quantitative and analytical approach to setting strategy with operational and business judgment and an excellent attention to detail.
  • Builder mindset - proven ability to independently identify problems and pursue solutions.
  • Growth mindset - constant learner who’s not afraid to fail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication and the ability to facilitate conversations.



What the job involves

  • Build GMV Revenue Growth plans - who to target, what to sell, and how to sell.
  • Run revenue performance reviews to understand individual/team target performance, and pacing to target.
  • Synthesize product gaps that are hindering target performance in order to influence the product roadmap.
  • Monitor roadmap enhancements and international market expansion to ensure sales activation.
