Who you are

• 10+ years experience architecting on-prem and cloud-based enterprise data solutions
• Solid expertise delivering end-to-end data solutions within an enterprise
• Expertise in designing, building, and managing Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
• Knowledge of data process modeling for scalable, consistent, and quality enterprise data architecture
• Knowledge of data governance framework for Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Cognos Analytics
• Knowledge of technology platforms such as MuleSoft, IBM DataStage
• Knowledge of managing structured, unstructured data, batch, and real-time integrations
• Developing processes to improve data models for better data accessibility
• Knowledge of general data integration and conversion scripting, programming, and workflow development
• Bachelor's/MS in Computer Science or related technology field
• Relevant Industry certifications are a plus

What the job involves

• Create and implement short-term and long-term data strategy roadmap reflecting GTRI strategic initiatives for Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Operational Data Stores, Metadata, Master Data, and Big Data
• Create, maintain, and evolve data architecture blueprints and reference architecture
• Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts for Enterprise Data Model and Architecture
• Experiment and recommend latest tools and technologies for solving enterprise data problems
• Collaborate with ESD ETL, Datawarehouse, and Reporting team to gather and store data from various data sources, and implement data quality measures
• Establish standards and policies to ensure enterprise information assets are classified, secured, and protected appropriately
• Manage information security including sensitivity analysis, access and audit control systems, and data protection techniques
• Optimize Oracle database systems for performance with ESD Database Administrators (DBAs)
• Facilitate integration of Data visualization tools such as Tableau and Cognos with Oracle database, IBM DataStage, and other data sources
