Requirements
- Experience with embedded system hardware including network SoCs switches PHYs SerDes PCIe XAUI SGMII and DDR
- Experience programming boot devices such as flash and EEPROMs
- Working knowledge of peripherals including NAND eMMC SPI SDIO HS USB GE Serial I2C and SPI
- Experience debugging with protocol analyzers and Ethernet traffic generators or testers
- Strong Ethernet networking background including TSN AVB IEEE 1588 TCP/IP UDP ARP DHCP and ICMP
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer issues under pressure
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent technical education
- 6-9 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Serve as the technical lead for Marvell switching PHY and processor SoC products with a strong focus on hardware integration and support.
- Act as a resident expert for customers by troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues in collaboration with field application engineers and Marvell teams.
- Replicate customer problems in a lab environment review schematics and resolve boot sequencing and low-level debug issues to deliver effective solutions.
