  • Experience with server BMCs, using IPMI or Redfish
  • Knowledge of server hardware and management technologies
  • Collaboration with hardware vendors
  • Strong passion for automation
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Day to day

  • Design, develop, and optimize server hardware infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Establish processes for hardware testing, deployment, and performance optimization

Hiring process

  • Attend onboarding training at NJ Headquarters for 2 weeks within first month
  • Quarterly travel for 1 week if residing within 30-mile radius of specified offices
  • Join office 3 times a week
