Requirements
- 5+ years experience in luxury bag hardware or related product development
- Strong knowledge of metal manufacturing hardware construction and premium surface finishing
- Experience with technical drawings samples and production specifications
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Fluent English
- Mandarin is an advantage
- Must be based in London or able to work regularly with clients in London
Day to day
- Manage custom luxury bag hardware projects from design review to production handover
- Review drawings samples and briefs to identify technical requirements and manufacturing risks
- Coordinate prototypes sample revisions and client feedback while resolving structural functional and cosmetic issues
