Requirements
- Experience designing parameterized cells PCell/pyCell for devices primitives and layout generators
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso using SKILL or SKILL++
- Proficiency with Synopsys Custom Compiler using PyCell and Python with OA APIs
- Experience with Cadence PVS Synopsys IC Validator or Siemens Calibre
- Experience validating extraction views with Cadence Quantus or Synopsys StarRC
- Ability to establish unit and functional tests regression suites and golden reference layouts
Day to day
- Design and implement robust parameterized cells for devices primitives and layout generators
- Validate parameter logic geometry correctness and DRC/LVS cleanliness while maintaining pin and label conventions
- Build and test PCells in Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler and support physical verification and extraction flows
