Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on experience in process troubleshooting and quality engineering
- Experience with statistical analysis yield improvement and root cause methodologies
- Familiarity with quality systems inspection standards and documentation practices
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
