Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- UK-based candidates preferred
- Engineering or technical background preferred such as Mechanical Engineering Electronics Electrical Engineering Automation or Computer Science
- Hands-on and detail-oriented with basic tool use and understanding of electrical or hardware systems
- Responsible and able to complete tasks independently following operational instructions
- Able to communicate effectively in English for basic on-site support
- Chinese proficiency is a plus
- Available to travel to client locations on demand

Day to day
- Provide on-site maintenance and technical support for EveLab devices at client locations across the UK
- Carry out device disassembly assembly and component replacement using operation manuals and remote technical guidance
- Perform functional testing record maintenance outcomes and report issues clearly to the remote technical team
