Who you are

• Three years experience with Verilog RTL
• Three or more years experience in low-level C/C++
• Experience with commercial and open-source FPGA development tools
• Strong background in FPGA-based design and Unix
• Strong background in computer networking and system administration
• Experience with Linux and BSD distributions
• Ability to communicate complex engineering ideas clearly
• Honest, empathetic, and willing to see others' viewpoints

What the job involves

• Implement and set up CI/CD and testing for hardware design tools
• Integrate hardware prototypes with GitHub's self-hosted runners
• Maintain the hardware lab for hardware prototypes
• Maintain suite of hardware design tools across development
• Maintain tools for functional emulation of microarchitecture
