Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • PMI/PMP or Prince2 certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years in HCM applications consulting or project management
  • Experience with global payroll highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, mastery of Microsoft Project and Visio
  • Experience managing software implementations in SaaS/Cloud environment advantageous
  • Experience with Dayforce HCM or similar applications preferred
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and sessions
  • Solid experience in business process mapping
  • Excellent customer relationship and business acumen

Desirables

  • Global payroll experience
  • Proficiency in SaaS/Cloud computing environment
  • Experience with multiple HCM applications systems



What the job involves

  • Responsible for managing external client engagements to implement Dayforce Global HCM software platform
  • Drives delivery of services according to agreed scope, timeline, and budget
  • Manages multiple concurrent projects, works closely with consultants, and interacts with other departments
  • Builds constructive relationships with customers and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coaches the project team to success and may deliver Organizational Readiness consulting
