Requirements
- 12–18 years of progressive experience in revenue operations billing finance or related roles
- Experience in logistics 3PL or high-volume transaction environments preferred
- Experience designing or transforming a revenue or billing function at scale
- Strong understanding of complex billing models including usage-based contract-driven multi-service pricing
- Ability to work across ERP WMS TMS and billing platforms
- Experience partnering with Engineering or Data teams on scalable processes and automation
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles including ASC 606
- Exceptional communication skills across Finance leadership CFO and executive stakeholders
- High attention to detail with focus on accuracy accountability and continuous improvement

Day to day
- Lead the strategic direction of Revenue and Billing Operations across fulfillment parcel and software services.
- Design scalable billing models workflows and org structures that improve accuracy automation and long-term growth.
- Partner closely with Finance Operations Engineering and Data teams to resolve data gaps strengthen controls and improve revenue capture.
- Own revenue recognition reporting margin visibility and AI adoption efforts that reduce manual work and increase audit readiness.
