Requirements

  • 12–18 years of progressive experience in revenue operations billing finance or related roles
  • Experience in logistics 3PL or high-volume transaction environments preferred
  • Experience designing or transforming a revenue or billing function at scale
  • Strong understanding of complex billing models including usage-based contract-driven multi-service pricing
  • Ability to work across data systems and understand data flows in ERP WMS TMS and billing platforms
  • Experience partnering with Engineering or Data teams to design scalable processes and automation
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles including ASC 606
  • Exceptional communication and influence across Finance leadership CFO and executive stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with focus on accuracy accountability and continuous improvement

Day to day

  • Own end-to-end billing and revenue operations across parcel, fulfillment, and software services.
  • Set the multi-year strategy and organizational design for a scalable Revenue and Billing function across multi-entity operations.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, Data, Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations to improve billing logic, automation, controls, and revenue visibility.
  • Drive AI adoption, strengthen internal controls, and improve reporting accuracy, margin insight, and audit readiness at scale.
