Requirements

- You have built and delivered integrated multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
- You have led teams across paid organic and partner-channel activation
- You bring senior experience in brand comms or marketing leadership
- You have experience in sports entertainment or premium consumer brands
- You can run a distributed team across multiple markets
- You have strong design sensibility and can protect visual standards
- You are comfortable in early-stage environments

Day to day
- Own the PCL brand identity, voice, visual language, and narrative across all channels
- Lead integrated campaigns from concept and creative brief through to multi-channel delivery for season launches city debuts finals and off-season storytelling
- Direct a multi-disciplinary team across content social web copy design PR and performance marketing while maintaining premium standards and on-brand execution
- Coordinate endemic-media partnerships short-form social calendars sponsor integrations and territory-level communications to grow audience tune-in and brand prestige
