• Experience in managing and developing teams

• Ability to engage at CTO, CEO, CIO level
• Confidently lead presentations and communicate on sensitive issues
• Comfortable leading business analyst teams across all areas of an operating model
• Delegating responsibility but retaining accountability
• Awareness of new BA & BPR methodologies and industry trends

What the job involves

• Co-ordinate requirement activities, stakeholder needs validation and sign-off.
• Approve business process modelling and solutions.
• Provide leadership around best practices, methods, and professional standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify, design and support implementation of solutions.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business areas and programmes.
• Oversee performance management and career development of business analysts.
