Day to day
- Lead and develop strategic partnerships for corporate growth and revenue
- Optimize existing key partnerships to drive revenue and profit
- Build scalable distribution models across various channels
- Provide thought leadership in the Intermediary and Corporate market
- Manage and ensure compliance with Distribution Client Relationship Management system
- Supervise and improve team performance metrics and trading activities
