- Agentic use of AI agents with specific systems built
- Based in or willing to relocate to Central London

Day to day
- Build and evolve Teya's brand platform so it resonates with SMB audiences across multiple markets and products
- Turn business and product strategy into clear creative briefs and campaign ideas that support acquisition activation cross-sell retention and win-back
- Lead a high-performing creative engine for paid performance owned content and hyperlocal campaigns using AI to scale output and learning
- Create in-house production capability manage agencies creators and UGC partners and ensure creative quality compliance and local nuance
