Requirements

  • 15+ years in analytics data science data engineering or related data functions
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary data teams through ambiguity
  • Hands-on experience with data architecture statistical modeling in Python or R SQL and A/B/n experimentation
  • Ability to train and coach team members in core data skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a fast-paced high-growth startup environment
  • Experience in consumer subscription streaming media ad-supported or event-rich digital businesses preferred
  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning experience a strong plus
