- Significant experience leading engineering teams in agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills for different audiences.
- Delivery management skills including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Experience delivering solutions across broad technology stacks including application (C,C++, C#, Python) and cloud native (Azure, AWS).
- Ability to make informed decisions in dynamic environment.
- Follow pragmatic and data-driven approach to technology adoption.
- Build familiarity with client base and relative importance to revenue and opportunities.
- Solution-focused and resilient in challenging situations.
- Maintain client, partner, and company confidentiality.
- Adhere to all Glasswall policies and act with integrity and security consciousness.
Desirables
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of scaled agile methodologies

- Overarching accountability for engineering delivery across multiple agile teams.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of agile delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and departments to align goals and timelines with business objectives.
