What the job involves

• Ensures the software design review process maintains a high standard across the group by engaging in these reviews and scrutinizing decisions made.
• Contributes to the definition of project scopes, influencing Product and Engineering counterparts.
• Monitors and fine-tunes the team's work pace, fostering urgency for success while preventing burnout.
• Builds and maintains relationships with Product & Development counterparts, including customers, product managers, cross-functional partners, and collaborators.
