Requirements
- ACA ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- Proven Head of Finance experience within FMCG
- Experience managing or implementing ERP systems
- Experience working with IT and data infrastructure
- Strong exposure to UK grocery retail dynamics
- Advanced Google Workspace and Excel skills
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence
- Excellent financial modelling and scenario planning skills
- Comfortable operating with imperfect data and evolving processes

Day to day
- Lead annual budgeting forecasting KPI tracking and long term financial planning to support growth
- Oversee cash flow working capital and multi currency FX risks while maintaining tight control in a high growth environment
- Own commercial analysis financial reporting compliance and IT systems to provide clear insights and scalable processes
- Partner with sales marketing operations and product teams to improve profitability margin management and system integration
