Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record across FP&A management accounting treasury and statutory reporting
- Strong commercial acumen in a consumer-facing high-growth environment
- Demonstrable experience designing implementing and managing robust financial controls
- Ability to build credibility with non-finance functions and challenge leadership constructively
- Advanced financial modelling and forecasting skills including 3 way modelling
- Strategic thinker willing to roll up sleeves during month-end
- Experience in a multi-channel business Direct-to-Consumer + Wholesale
- Familiarity with retail merchandising finance including stock investment economics and markdown management
- Proficiency with modern BI tools such as Sigma
- Experience reporting to a strategic board and institutional partners
- Prior experience in furniture homeware or interiors sectors

Day to day
- Own the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and three-year strategic plan while building robust financial models
- Manage monthly management accounts board packs investor reporting and FP&A reporting with precision and clarity
- Lead the finance team and partner with leaders to challenge decisions govern cash flow and strengthen financial controls
