• 15+ years in Payroll or related roles
• 10+ years leading Payroll processes in large, complex organizations

What the job involves

• Lead global payroll operations team to manage scalable global payroll model for customers in 150+ countries and 3500+ employees.
• Redesign and reorganize payroll processes and teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Work with Operational, Finance, Tax, IT, and HR teams to build trust, resolve issues, and provide coaching to Payroll directors, managers, and team members.
• Establish best-in-class payroll product and services organization visible to executive leadership.
• Leverage payroll operations experience to influence product development, build a business and team for global payroll delivery.
