Day to day
- You will be critical in helping to define and execute product growth, consistently leveraging the team’s expertise to bring our ambitious goals to a reality.
- This role offers a great opportunity to pioneer new ways of working and embed leading practices across marketing disciplines.
- You will use your leadership experience to explore and instill the most effective ways of leading the team to success, with full support from the Executive team.
- Take accountability for the mid-long term growth marketing and customer acquisition vision for one of our flagship products
- Develop a tangible strategy and tactical delivery plan to ensure this vision is successfully implemented to impact business results.
- Be responsible for driving traffic to our products; optimising and increasing conversions to generate high quality traffic for our partners.
- Foster, create and influence alignment on priorities within the SEO Paid Media and CRM teams as well as all chapters across the product to achieve common business and people goals.
- Design and build new paid media & direct response channels whilst driving down Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) by finding the optimal messaging and channels.
- Develop SEO strategy by identifying and maximising SEO opportunities both long and short-term to grow organic traffic and SEO’s revenue contribution to the business
- Drive CRM & lifecycle marketing efforts across different levers to retain and re-engage customers.
- Implement data-driven Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to maximize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints
- Develop implement and report on frameworks and processes to ensure team success; including tracking and measurement of activities to achieve positive ROI
