Requirements
- Hands-on GTM Engineer who builds systems not decks
- Demonstrable experience with Claude Code or equivalent LLM-based automation
- Deep B2B GTM knowledge including outbound enrichment CRM and funnel design
- Background in GTM Head of Growth RevOps or GTM Engineering
- Comfortable in a client-facing context and able to explain your work clearly
- Able to own complex implementations from start to finish
- Fluent in English

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end implementation of GTM Operating Systems for early clients and validate them in real customer environments
- Build GTM Brains using Claude Code and related AI tooling in a hands-on done-with-you delivery model
- Define standards tooling and architecture for GTM Engineering as the product matures and help scale the function across the company
- Document successful approaches iterate from real usage and outcomes and translate learnings into delivery playbooks and product improvements
