Remote Head of Influencer and Creator Partnership Job in UK Luupli

Who you are

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIPOC influencer partnerships
• Proven track record of success in recruiting and managing diverse talents or influencers
• Experience working in a senior executive role, with experience leading and managing a team
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated experience with analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to senior leadership based on insights
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the tech industry or working with social media apps is a plus

What the job involves

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BIPOC influencer partnership strategy to drive growth and revenue for Luupli
• Identify and prioritize target influencers, create outreach plans, and develop compelling value propositions for each potential partner
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target influencers, including agents, managers, and other representatives
