Requirements
- Proven leadership of an infrastructure platform or DevOps team in a live SaaS or product environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure at production scale including AKS VMs networking and Azure Monitor
- Practical expertise with Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code
- Experience owning or building CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps
- Demonstrable disaster recovery design testing and failover experience
- Strong reliability engineering experience including SLOs incident management and post-mortems
- Experience improving observability beyond basic infrastructure metrics
- Ability to lead and develop a small senior technical team
- Experience operating in a regulated environment with security and compliance obligations
- Must live and reside in the UK and be eligible to work without sponsorship

Day to day
- Lead a senior infrastructure and platform engineering team across a live SaaS environment, owning production reliability and driving platform maturity.
- Design and deliver self-service deployment tooling, robust CI/CD pipelines, and disciplined Infrastructure as Code practices across Azure and AKS.
- Set the technical bar for operational excellence by improving observability, disaster recovery, incident management, and security compliance while still remaining hands-on day to day.
