Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing with medical device, disruptive technology, urology and/or healthcare experience.
  • Strong professional marketing background with broad international experience preferred.
  • UK country marketing experience preferred, knowledge of the Japanese market desired.
  • Understanding of the reimbursement landscape across Europe.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions in a complex environment involving trade-offs and risk-benefit assessments.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • Based in UK is preferred.

What the job involves

  • Lead the strategic planning efforts in partnership with the senior leadership team to develop a fully detailed International Business Strategy focused on the UK and Japan.
  • Develop the International integrated marketing plan, including market strategies to maximize market share, promote new product launches, build brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
  • Execute identification of new opportunities and markets, track competitors, and review strategic direction.
  • Collate market research and competitive data to form the International marketing plan.
  • Capture and structure field information, producing updated market mapping and business sizing.
  • Develop relationships with KOLs and lead the implementation of customer programs, networks, and advisory boards.
  • Manage the execution of new product launches.
  • Design and implement conference strategies, working closely with the global events team.
  • Support sales organization in developing marketing and sales support to drive robot sales and adoption of Aquablation Therapy.
  • Partner with Global Downstream Marketing to deliver patient and clinical campaigns across multiple platforms and languages.
  • Adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.
