Requirements
- JD LLB or equivalent law degree
- Active membership in good standing of at least one state bar
- 7+ years as a commercial or corporate attorney within the AI space
- Proven experience negotiating complex contracts with clients and technology vendors
- Experience handling 8-figure deal value contracts with enterprise scale clients
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Experience drafting industry whitepapers or speaking engagements highly desirable

Day to day
- Lead legal operations for client and vendor contracting across a fast-moving AI SaaS business
- Negotiate and manage MSAs Terms & Conditions DPAs and related commercial agreements with enterprise clients and technology vendors
- Act as embedded counsel to product teams reviewing new AI features for legal and regulatory risk and advising in real time
- Monitor evolving AI data privacy and intellectual property regulation and translate changes into practical business guidance
- Develop and maintain key legal documents and support thought leadership through whitepapers and speaking engagements
