Requirements
- 6+ years in content brand or growth marketing
- Proven experience building content-driven lead engines
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Hands-on production experience with filming editing and studio gear
- Experience running and reading paid ad accounts
- Understanding of funnels lead magnets nurture and booked calls
- Ability to make complex business and finance topics compelling
- Comfort working with systems SOPs and performance data
- Experience with founder-led brands is a plus
- Familiarity with ETA SMB or finance is a strong plus

Day to day
- Build and own a content-driven lead engine that turns owned channels into qualified pipeline for AcquiMatch.
- Write produce and ship newsletter blog social and video content that builds trust and drives inbound.
- Run webinars paid acquisition and founder-brand content across LinkedIn YouTube Meta and other channels while tracking performance and improving conversions.
