Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing growth demand gen or performance marketing
- Experience scaling a company ideally in e-commerce tools Shopify ecosystem or martech
- Strong paid acquisition fundamentals across Meta LinkedIn retargeting and lookalikes
- Experience building affiliate or partnership programs from scratch
- Comfortable with cold outbound and precision targeting
- Fluent in HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and automation
- Ability to think in CAC LTV payback period and channel contribution
- Bonus experience with Klaviyo Shopify apps or retention marketing tools

Day to day
- Own the full demand generation engine across paid organic affiliate partnership and outbound channels for the Shopify ecosystem
- Deploy a $1M+ annual marketing budget and optimize spend across channels that convert
- Build and manage affiliate programs content engines and cold email strategy while partnering closely with founders on positioning and strategy
- Hire and scale the marketing function as the company grows
