  • Experience building affiliate or partnership programs from scratch
  • Comfortable with cold outbound and precision targeting
  • Fluent in HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline management and automation
  • Ability to think in CAC LTV payback period and channel contribution
  • Bonus experience with Klaviyo Shopify apps or retention marketing tools
