Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a network team in a production mission-critical environment ideally in telecoms MVNO MVNE or IoT connectivity
  • Deep IP networking expertise including BGP OSPF routing firewalls resilience and traffic separation
  • Strong mobile core knowledge including SS7 Diameter IMS and packet core at production level
  • Hands-on experience with production infrastructure including Windows Server Active Directory and Linux
  • Familiarity with Cisco Nexus Nokia HPE or similar vendor platforms
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and improve systems through process and governance
  • Technically credible leader who can remain hands-on when needed

Day to day

  • Take full ownership of the networks function and lead it hands-on from day one
  • Drive a major network refresh across switching routing data centres and servers

  • Partner closely with engineering to align network and software layers and resolve issues fast
  • Shape the long-term network strategy to support ambitious business growth
