Exceptional collaborator with stakeholder management skills leading to delivery of results through indirect reports
Strong understanding of all aspects of General Insurance business, policies, processes, and procedures
Ability to spot and address early indications of problems with creative and innovative solutions
Flexibility to travel including overnight stays
What the job involves
Collaborate with the GI Operations Director and team to develop the operational change strategy ensuring it meets all required standards
Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency to support delivery of the Divisional business plan
Lead and oversee all operational change delivery across the division to enable trading team performance, reviewing business processes and maintaining key internal relationships
Drive operational efficiencies to increase income, improve income generation and implement strategic changes across the division
Monitor team results, identifying resource issues and trends, and provide suitable solutions
Produce internal MI reports to monitor KPIs and present findings at SLT business meetings
Educate colleagues on the operational change strategy and ensure compliance with FCA Consumer duty principles
