- Lead the paid media department across 8 media buying pods and 60+ brand partners, setting a high-performance standard for results, consistency and accountability.
- Own strategic oversight of flagship accounts while staying close to platform changes and ensuring the wider team remains sharp, commercial and effective.
- Drive people development, hiring, onboarding and escalation management so the department scales profitably and delivers disciplined outcomes.
