Requirements

  • Proven senior alliances partnerships or channel leadership experience in B2B SaaS UCaaS CCaaS or enterprise communications
  • Deep familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem including co-sell programmes Teams certification and Azure Marketplace
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner programmes from the ground up
  • Strong commercial acumen with ownership of partner revenue targets and channel performance reporting
  • Experience working across EMEA markets and ideally North America
  • Executive presence and ability to build trusted C-suite and VP relationships
  • Experience in PE-backed or high-growth scale-up environments
  • Technically fluent and able to collaborate credibly with product engineering and presales specialists

Day to day

  • Own and scale the global partner ecosystem to drive pipeline revenue and market expansion
  • Build executive-level relationships with Microsoft and key technology and channel partners across multiple regions
  • Design and execute a structured partner programme with tiering incentives certification and enablement
  • Collaborate across Sales Product Marketing and the Executive team to align partner activity with commercial goals
  • Lead a high-performing global alliances team and represent the business at partner events and industry conferences
