Who you are

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with goal orientation.
  • Expertise in ValueSelling and advanced CRM usage.
  • Significant experience in B2B sales within a System Integrator or reseller environment
  • Fluent in English and preferable additional European languages.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team across different time zones.

What the job involves

  • Lead a team of Regional Channel Managers collaborating across departments.
  • Develop annual and quarterly KPIs and plans.
  • Implement ValueSelling principles into team day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor and manage team performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
