Who you are

• Experience working in a generalist HR role
• Supported and advised managers across a range of HR/people issues
• Proven background of leading and developing a team
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement organisational plans
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent
• Comfortable using various IT systems including MS Office
• Driving licence

Desirables

• Experience in an HR/People consultancy or client services environment
• Experience as part of a leadership team

What the job involves

• You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional work, manage accounts and lead your team of around 10 people.
• As a member of our leadership team, you’ll also develop the strategic direction of our business.
• Resolve issues, develop and implement service delivery strategies, grow and develop relationships, and provide guidance on complex people issues and initiatives.
