Role
Who you are
- 5+ years in performance marketing via own companies, top agencies, or high-growth startups
- Strong analytical skills for spend analysis and allocation
- Experience scaling campaigns on at least one channel (Google ads and/or Meta) from 0 to 6/7 figures per month
- Ability to audit and optimize accounts
- Knowledge of high-converting landing pages and collaboration with engineers
- Understanding of quality creative and rapid iteration
- Bonus: experience in building/managing high-performance teams

What the job involves
- The role involves managing relationships with performance marketing agencies and scaling paid channels such as SEM, PMax, YouTube, and Meta
- You will direct CRO experiments and recruit/manage an in-house team of performance marketers
- You will work closely with heads of growth, data, and design, initially in an IC capacity, but with scope to grow and lead the team
