• Deep domain knowledge of Payroll and HR products with experience in UX/UI and integration of 3rd parties
• Prove ability to manage mature product portfolios, develop strategies, roadmaps and go-to-market plans for SaaS solutions
• Strong communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent team player able to work with virtual, global and cross-functional teams
• Agile and effective in multi-task within fast-paced environments with experience managing multiple projects and understanding complex business-to-business operational processes

What the job involves

• Leading the strategic direction and coordination of product management
• Overseeing product activities for SMB, People HR & Paycircle, ensuring seamless integration with the wider Access Group products
• Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop product strategy, manage various product roadmaps and lead the product team
• Working closely with HR and Finance to address resource needs and monitor costs and forecasts
• Engaging in strategic product planning and stakeholder management
