Deep domain knowledge of Payroll and HR products with experience in UX/UI and integration of 3rd parties
Prove ability to manage mature product portfolios, develop strategies, roadmaps and go-to-market plans for SaaS solutions

What the job involves
Leading the strategic direction and coordination of product management
Overseeing product activities for SMB, People HR & Paycircle, ensuring seamless integration with the wider Access Group products
Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop product strategy, manage various product roadmaps and lead the product team
Working closely with HR and Finance to address resource needs and monitor costs and forecasts
Engaging in strategic product planning and stakeholder management
