  • Experience creating or leading proposals and pitches
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce digital marketing website projects UX CRO technology platforms or Shopify
  • Good commercial awareness around pricing margin scope and client fit
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence working with senior decision-makers

Day to day

  • Own the new business sales pipeline from first conversation to close, driving revenue growth across Shopify and wider ecommerce services.
  • Lead consultative discovery calls with prospective clients, uncovering commercial challenges and shaping strategic opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, strategy and client services to create credible proposals, manage negotiations and ensure a smooth handover to project kick-off.
