- Proven sales or business development experience in an agency ecommerce digital technology or B2B services environment
- Strong track record of selling complex services not just simple products
- Experience managing a full sales pipeline from lead to close
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to diagnose client needs and shape commercially relevant solutions
- Experience creating or leading proposals and pitches
- Strong understanding of ecommerce digital marketing website projects UX CRO technology platforms or Shopify
- Good commercial awareness around pricing margin scope and client fit
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence working with senior decision-makers

Day to day
- Own the new business sales pipeline from first conversation to close, driving revenue growth across Shopify and wider ecommerce services.
- Lead consultative discovery calls with prospective clients, uncovering commercial challenges and shaping strategic opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, strategy and client services to create credible proposals, manage negotiations and ensure a smooth handover to project kick-off.
