Requirements
- Expertise in a relevant field such as geochemistry plant sciences soil sciences geology hydrology or similar
- Industry or commercial deployment experience
- Proven experience managing a team while delivering business objectives with scientific rigour

- Ability to support quality control and ensure project outcomes

Day to day
- Lead the science team and work closely with the Chief Product Officer to shape and deliver the roadmap
- Develop and improve robust quantification methods, calibration, validation and geochemical models using the best available science
- Translate deep scientific research into practical protocols and processes that can be deployed by labs and project developers across new regions and scenarios
- Represent Science across the business, support platform partners and projects, and provide expert scientific input for due diligence financing and reporting
