  • Strong existing network across European MedTech HealthTech or healthcare innovation
  • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative
  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value commercial agreements
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Comfort operating across multiple time zones and markets
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally
  • Experience with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management
  • Fluency in English required
  • Additional European languages are a strong advantage

Day to day

  • Own commercial performance across UK and European markets for four annual summits
  • Drive revenue through sponsorship exhibition and partnership sales
  • Build and manage a pipeline of sponsors institutional partners government delegations and corporate exhibitors
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting outreach proposal negotiation and close
  • Represent MedTech World at events conferences and networking forums across Europe
  • Work with partnerships and marketing teams to deliver a seamless sponsor and partner experience
  • Provide pipeline reports revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership
  • Identify new commercial opportunities across government trade associations accelerators and innovation hubs
