Requirements
- Proven track record in senior sales or business development within events MedTech HealthTech or life sciences
- Strong existing network across European MedTech HealthTech or healthcare innovation
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value commercial agreements
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
- Comfort operating across multiple time zones and markets
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally
- Experience with CRM platforms and disciplined pipeline management
- Fluency in English required
- Additional European languages are a strong advantage

Day to day
- Own commercial performance across UK and European markets for four annual summits
- Drive revenue through sponsorship exhibition and partnership sales
- Build and manage a pipeline of sponsors institutional partners government delegations and corporate exhibitors
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting outreach proposal negotiation and close
- Represent MedTech World at events conferences and networking forums across Europe
- Work with partnerships and marketing teams to deliver a seamless sponsor and partner experience
- Provide pipeline reports revenue forecasts and market intelligence to leadership
- Identify new commercial opportunities across government trade associations accelerators and innovation hubs
