Requirements
- Minimum NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 health and safety qualification
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training PTLLS or equivalent
- Broad up-to-date health and safety knowledge
- At least two years’ experience delivering health and safety training to adult learners
- Experience developing or reviewing health and safety course content or learner resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong content writing review and quality assurance skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good digital skills including Microsoft 365 PowerPoint and AI tools
- Ability to manage priorities work independently and provide constructive feedback
- Experience in digital course development e-learning quality assurance or supporting NEBOSH Certificate-level learners is an advantage
- Knowledge of LMS SCORM authoring tools accessibility or JIRA is desirable

Day to day
- Support the development and quality assurance of digital learning products for adult learners
- Review scripts storyboards assessments and course builds to ensure content is clear engaging and technically accurate
- Carry out quality checks and collaborate with digital developers to improve accessibility and learning experience
